click to enlarge	The barn itself consists of a large kitchen with dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer gas cooker, fitted cupboards and work surfaces. There are plenty of pots pans and kitchen utensils, together with crockery, cutlery and glasses. These is also a washing machine in the pool house.	click to enlarge
click to enlarge	There is a large 13 x 6 meter heated swimming pool with an automatic electronic security pool cover. The front of the converted barn with a spacious patio between the barn and the house. Within the barn complex there is a separate room with a washing machine in it.	click to enlarge
click to enlarge	The main room of the house is 70 square meters, with open wood-burining fireplace, dining table seating ten, three sofas, colour television with French TV and freesat HD plus box and DVD unit, music centre, etc, and telephone for incoming and local outgoing calls only.	click to enlarge

click to enlarge	The kitchen has been recently refitted to include a beautiful large range cooker, a double butler sink, Kitchen Table, sofa and TV. We also have a fridge freeze , dishwasher and microwave. Off the kitchen is a downstairs loo and as this is our home, you will find every kitchen utensil you will ever expect to use and more!!!
click to enlarge	Upstairs the principal bedroom (4'6'' double bed is on a mezzanine floor (30 square meters), behind which is a large bathroom with toilet, bath and two basins, together with a large sliding wardrobe with shelves and hanging space. A television receiving freeview is in the principal bedroom.
click to enlarge	Two further bedrooms are off the mezzanine, one with a shower and basin and other with bath and basin; one has a 4'6'' bed, the other has twin beds. Both of these rooms share a separate sattellite system with free view channels.There is a further toilet and handbasin to service these two bedrooms.
